The products that customers buy at Showroom Hanvico are genuine products that are warranted in accordance with the Company's regulations.
I. FOR PRODUCTS SOLD OUT IN 3 WORKING DAYS
- The products in the warranty period must be fully qualified to be warranted as new products with unused errors, Hanvico Company will immediately exchange for you a 100% new product immediately
- In case, your defective product cannot be overcome but there is no replacement product, our company will exchange for you another product equivalent to a broken product.
- In case you are not satisfied with the equivalent replacement product, our company will re-produce the product as soon as possible or refund the product amount.
II. CASES ARE NOT WARRANTED
- Products are out of warranty period. (depends on each product code)
- Product has been cut off by Hanvico Company
- Products are torn, yellowed, broken ... due to Customer's fault
- The product is misused or used and stored improperly with the instruction manual.
- The product is cut, trimmed or changed to its original structure, shape and size.
- Products are damaged due to force majeure conditions such as natural disasters, fires, ...
III. WARRANTY PROCESS:
B1. Receiving warranty:
- Customers reflect information directly at Showroom or contact the Hotline of Hanvico Company: 0936539696
- Hanvico Company will arrange staff to receive information and defective products
- Hanvico Company inspects products and writes a warranty appointment card
B2 Warranty process
- Employees who receive products are responsible for reporting defects to the Hanvico Company Warranty within 24 hours.
- The Warranty Department of the Company will remedy or report the new Manufacturing Factory
- The Warranty Department inspects and hands over the delivery
B3. Shipping delivery
- The Delivery Department will deliver the new warranted or manufactured product to the address requested by the Customer.
