Return Policy

POLICY TO CHANGE PAYMENT

At Hanvico, we take great care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is defective or we have not delivered what you ordered, we want to help you solve the problem.

I. REASONS FOR ACCEPTANCE OF PAYMENT
1. Products are delivered incorrectly in quantity, information and designs, sizes compared to orders.
2. The product is caused by the manufacturer's fault (which is different from the manufacturer's stated quality standard) or during shipping (scratched, stained, torn, etc.).
3. Customers change their demand for use (charge for exchange of goods).
II. EXHIBITION PAYMENT
1. Request for return product
• The product is intact, fully labeled, in full package, sealed in accordance with the original specifications (unless the product is defective or damaged during transport).
• The product is not dirty due to shipping error, not washing, no strange smell or no used signs
• Customers must submit a return request ("Reimbursement Request") with the original order email to prove that the customer has purchased the product at Hanvico Company.
2. Time for return payment
• Customer's Reimbursement Request must be sent to Hanvico Company within 03 working days from the date of receipt of the product
3. Cost of return
• For products exchanged due to Hanvico Company's fault, customers will be given free exchange and free delivery to the location indicated on the return request form.
• For returned products due to changing customer needs, customers will be free to pay back and will have to pay the shipping fee according to the shipping policy of the courier unit.
III. REFUND
      1. Refund principle: Refund method is based on the payment method of the Customer when buying goods.
      2. Refund method:
         Refund to the account proposed by the customer on a letter requesting a return of the goods via wire transfer or cash
      3. Processing time
• Hanvico will send the result of the Request for Exchange Request to Customer via email or / and SMS within a maximum of 2 business days from when Hanvico Company receives a Payment Request.
• If a refund request of a customer who meets the conditions specified in Clause 1, Section II of this Policy, Hanvico Company will carry out a refund procedure for the customer since the return request is made. in the following time:
o With non-bank payment methods: customers will receive refunds from 5-7 business days.
o With the bank payment method: Hantex will complete the refund procedure to transfer the request to the bank within 5-7 working days. After that, the bank will continue processing your refund request within 1-2 business days of receiving the request.
IV. METHOD OF PAYMENT
      1. Bring directly the goods you need to return to Hanvico Company
     2. Please bring the goods you want to return directly to the post office nearest to your address and send to the address:
